Field hourly employees are eligible for paid holidays after completion of six (6) months of service. There is no probationary period for salaried and office hourly employees to be eligible for paid holidays. Our company holidays are as follows: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day(July 4th), Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.

In order to receive holiday pay, you must work the last scheduled work day before a holiday and the first scheduled work day after the holiday.


All full-time employees with more than one (1) year of continuous full-time employment are eligible for a paid vacation. The amount of paid vacation each employee is entitled to is based on length of service and is determined as follows: 1 year anniversary = 1 week vacation, 2 year anniversary = 2 weeks vacation.
